Shipping/Delivery Policy

All Packages will be shipped via UPS Ground unless the customers specifies otherwise. All packageswill be sent out to the customers within 5 working days upon receipt of the order.

*Please note As of November 1st, 2008 some of our packages may be sent out via the United States Postal System.

Due to high traffic volume throughout our summer months (June-September) there are times when we sell out of product unexpectedly. If we do sell out of something, and are unable to post it on our site in time we do our best to fill your order in a timely manner, although it may take longer than the normal 5 working days. Most of our suppliers can get merchandise to us rather quickly, therefore it shouldn't be a problem, we will do our best to fill all our orders as quickly as possible.
